Sina Real Estate: Would you like to introduce the products LaiMei exhibited in Roof China 2011 please?

 

Zhao: Radiant Enterprise is mainly engaged in the building of large and medium public, civil projects and conference pavilion with landmark and representative and so on. The major exhibit was facade pinch plate and roofing panel, which was catered to the expo's theme products. The heliotechnics, all-round turning of calorescence are the scheme of building integrated photovoltaic ( BIPV) on the intrinsic basis of the enterprise.

 

Sina Real Estate: Building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) is a relative popular word. What's the domestic development in this roof industry at present?

 

Zhao:The National Energy Department recommend the energy saving ,environmental protection and green emission reduction at present. This material will be applied largely gradually, including some application of cottage projects. Nowadays, the government pays more and more attention of the solar development. In Roof China 2011,we displayed the solar film, which adapted the national standard and played a role of the public building.

 

Sina Real Estate: From the public building to civil building gradually, is there some co-operation or plan of the civil building?

 

Zhao: Not yet now? Because of they are some newest technologies. We also hope that more and more exhibitors will pay more attention of this in the expo at home and to exert oneself in energy saving and environmental protection.

 

Sina Real Estate: As we all know that the demand of fireproofing of roofing material is relatively high. So is there the new fireproofing technology such as your company's products at present.

 

Zhao: What we concerned about is the thermal insulating layer in the traditional metal roof structure which has the flammable material inside. Our all thermal insulating layers' material is inflaming retarding.

 

Sina Real Estate: What are the methods we used to communicate with the developers in general?

 

Zhao: The methods are multiple. Such as the interview like yours, and the accumulated reputation spread many years. We also hope that more and more people can know more about metal roof, including more technological application in BIPV.
