Abstract: In Roof China 2011,our company exhibited a kind of green products Thermal-insulated Tile, which was researched, developed and produced step by step. We ever finished the experiment within 2800 hours and found some fossilized indication in the surface, which also proved the product's aging resistance was higher more than inspection standard.

Sina Real Estate : Would you like to introduce the products LaiMei exhibited in Roof China 2011 please?

 

Tan: In Roof China 2011,our company exhibited a kind of green products Thermal-insulated Tile, which was researched, developed and produced step by step.

 

Sina Real Estate : What are the technological advantages of the product?

 

Tan: From ancient times to the present , roofing material experiences a continuous developing process. For instance, from the ancient bricks, tiles and wooden structure to the subsequent clay tile in China, the demand of tiles is large with the build and development of the emerging factories. During this process, it was appeared some asbestos shingle, cement tile, including color steel tile and thermal-insulated tile which applied widely nowadays. As the new style of roofing material, our thermal insulation tile has been tapped into market 4 years ago, which owned its specific advantages. For example, asbestos shingle has been prohibited to be used and displaced by cement tile because this harmful substance led to cancer. The cement tile was applied in plant widely in 80 and 90s and restricted the services life as its inevitable expansion and contraction with fissility. However, the color steel tile is used in the southern industrial factories now. And the roof top can reach 70 degrees above the temperature in summer so that the workers suffer pain in the plant. 

 

Thereinto, why the production of roofing material's succedaneum is to be our fixed position? Firstly, our products has the function of environmental protection which produced with all green material, which including the raw material, natural composited material and some organic matters of agricultural products, waste residue of industry. We added some mineral substance into them for composition. The product not only digests the waste but also reaches the thermal-insulated effects.

 

The producing technique of thermal-insulted tile is also green. Its production is not like ceramic that should be roasted and toasted in use of more electricity. We can change it spontaneously utilized its chemical reaction. That is also why our company has two plant bases but without ovens or coal-scuttles.

 

The second function of thermal-insulated tile is fireproofing. Nowadays, it has less roofing material that accorded with the fireproof standard. Such as color steel tile. If the interior encounters fire, particularly some plants add the foam and interlayer for thermal insulation, the poisonous gas will produce after burned and heated. Benzene is a kind of dangerous chemical materials that produce great harm for human body. But our product has passed the detection of National Fireproof Material Testing Center and reached the A1 level fireproof standard, which is the highest standard in all fireproof testing standards. The third function of our product is prevention acid and alkaline, especially in southern area in which has acid rain.

 

Sina Real Estate: How long is your product's services life?

 

Tan: We spent 14 years from the research up to this time. From the first piece of production to the present demonstration plant, the use mode of our product is well through the observation. But our test standard can not represent the completely standard. Therefore, Guangzhou Research Institution tested our product as the third testing part. The test is according to the standard of exterior's product, which is a test with 1000 hours destruction. The testing standard is not inferior to 4 level degrees, which will prove our product's durability. We ever finished the experiment within 2800 hours and found some fossilized indication in the surface, which also proved the product's aging resistance was higher more than  inspection standard.
