Wang stated that the products of YuanZheng Construction are accorded with the present trend: environmental protection, low carbon, which has the largest advantage of unburn. Such as the exhibitor Roof Construction Net, it used the material on the to grade villatic roof top. At present, the co-operated partners are included in Evergrande Real Estate Group( Strategic Partner) , Country Garden Holdings and Poly Real Estate Group, etc. The successful projects are Phoenix, Evergrande HuaFu, Country Garden and some premises of Poly Real Estate, which are our company's co-operated projects.

 

During talking about the 2010 whole sales achievement, Wang Lixun said that the total sales amount of Yuan Zhang Construction is about 200 to 300 millions. Thereinto, domestic sales is the mainly sales source ,accounted the whole 80%,which is estimated that it will increase 20%.

 

Mr. Wang Lixun explained the reason of Yuan Zheng products can be used in the real estate engineering market. It's mainly that the products are imported the advanced technology abroad. And VanGogh and YuanZheng brought the shape of color tile, technique and management into China on the basis of better and higher technique. VanGogh tile has Japanese Style, European Style, Romanian Style and American Style. Chinese real estate construction just has 20 and 30 years history, but overseas has two and tree hundreds history. The products' technology and style are imported overseas and the manufacturing effect is similar with overseas style. The structure of domestic black brick, black tile is owned the eastern effects. However, our products have the western style, as the obbligato building material in the application top grade cottage, and our projects were accorded with overseas trend.

 

Lastly, on the products' fireproofing, Wang Lixun emphasized that our products are fireproof absolutely as the thermal-insulated panel plays a part of fireproofing under the roofing system. It also is accorded with the present trend of law carbon, environmental protection. The tile is not need to be calcinated. Because calcination is fired up to 1000 degree through the Diesel oil steadily. This will release carbon dioxide and sulfur monoxide and have a great effect on environment pollution. The largest selling point of YuanZheng Products is environmental protection, law carbon. Its technology is rooted in Europe and effect is similar with Europe and America, which is very popular in the market.
